"As we look out to 2010... we believe that the Korean economy on a purchasing power parity basis could and should aspire to becoming a top ten OECD-sized country. That would imply a growth rate of slightly over 6% per annum... If we then compare it to other countries in terms of per capita income, it would put Korea about seventh in the world...”
