IGE/IIF International Conference

Since 1996/1997 Asian Financial Crisis, there has been a sea change in the Korean financial sector. However, the trend of financial globalization has been accelerating and it brings many new challenges for Korea's financial institutions to face. At this juncture, the Institute for Global Economics(IGE) and Institute International Finance(IIF), Washington, D.C., co-organized this international conference, sponsored by Shinhan Bank.
