was prepared by the Emerging Markets Eminent Persons Group (EMEPG) and released in Oct. 2001. The EMEPG consists of eleven independent senior personalities from major emerging economies, primarily former finance ministers and central bank governors. The EMEPG is chaired by Dr. Il SaKong.
